Hand Sanitizers Donated to Myanmar and Disadvantaged Groups in South Korea.

In the hot summer morning of July 28th, the employees of MLS, were busy loading portable hand sanitizers at the company warehouse, located in Nam-dong Industrial Complex in Incheon.

MLS decided to donate hand sanitizers to Myanmar, struggling with COVID-19, through JTS. Also, the company decided to donate additional hand sanitizers for the disadvantaged groups within South Korea. The logistics team of MLS packed all the products in boxes and loaded them on the trucks, which enabled JTS to deliver the hand sanitizers quickly.

MLS donated a total of 105,000 hand sanitizers. JTS delivered 30,000 units to the Suwon Volunteer Center, 30,000 units to the Busan Buddhist Council of Social Welfare Youth, and 45,000 units (including those for Myanmar) to the Ansan JTS Multicultural Center. The delivery of the hand sanitizers from Incheon to Ansan, Suwon, and Busan went smoothly thanks to the JTS volunteers in each city.

The Ansan Multicultural Center distributed 20 hand sanitizers to each child in Thai, Peruvian, and Cambodian multicultural households in Ansan and plans to deliver the hand sanitizers to multicultural families in other cities.

Everyone is experiencing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but this summer has been especially cruel for the disadvantaged groups. We hope that the hand sanitizers can provide them with a little bit of protection.

*MLS is an OEM cosmetics manufacturer located in Nam-dong Industrial Complex in Incheon. We deeply appreciate their donation.
