The residents standing in line and relaying relief supplies to one another was a rare sight to see. Working together to move the supplies, the residents seemed to brighten up become more energized

On June 10 th , 300 sets of school backpacks (lunch boxes, water bottles, school supplies) were presented to students in La Tteuna Darfur, one of the cities that were flooded. This was done upon the request of INEB (International Network of Engaged Buddhists) monks who heard of the flooding in Sri Lanka during their visit to Korea

We were happy and touched to see that the expression of the residents and children affected by the flood became more cheerful after receiving the relief supplies.
